Which one do I need?
AfterParty (Passionfruit) for the morning after a night out. AfterBurn (Citrus) for post-workout recovery. AfterCare (Lemon-Ginger) at the first sign of a cold. Not sure? The Recovery System bundle covers all three.
How do I use AfterParty?
Take one shot at the first sign of a rough morning, with plenty of water. If you are still rough after about 3 hours you can take one more. No more than two in a day.
How do I use AfterBurn?
Drink one shot right after your workout, while your body is recovering. It contains a light caffeine boost, so it is best earlier in the day.
How do I use AfterCare?
Take one shot at the first sign of a cold or run-down feeling, then once daily while symptoms last, to give your immune system targeted support.
What is in them?
AfterParty: glutathione, turmeric, ginseng, B-vitamins. AfterBurn: B-complex, ginger root, pantothenic acid. AfterCare: zinc, vitamin C, ginger root. Full Supplement Facts are printed on every bottle.
Does AfterBurn have caffeine?
Yes, AfterBurn contains a light caffeine boost (about 50mg, roughly half a cup of coffee). AfterParty and AfterCare do not.
